Makecade provides browser-based utilities, open data visualizers, and interactive HTML5 games. All tools execute within the client browser environment without uploading files to Makecade servers. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any files or data processed through our tools.

3. Informational & Educational Purpose Only

Financial calculators, tax estimators, municipal fiscal scores, and school catchment models published on Makecade are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, financial, or tax advice. While we make every effort to reflect statutory standards accurately, tax legislation and council budgets change frequently. 4. Intellectual Property & Open Data Licences

Original software code, website designs, game mechanics, and editorial content published on Makecade are the intellectual property of Makecade and protected by applicable copyright law.

Public datasets displayed in Makecade Map Portal are derived from official UK government releases under the Open Government Licence (OGL v3.0). Crown copyright applies to data published by MHCLG, DfE, and ONS.

You agree not to use Makecade for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could interrupt, damage, or impair the accessibility of the website. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or launch automated denial-of-service attacks against our edge network.
